14-day free trial — no payment required, no refund needed.
New paid subscriptions: full refund within 7 days of first payment if not satisfied.
Renewals: prorated refund for unused days if cancelled within 3 days of renewal.
Refunds are not available after these windows.
Processing time: 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
1. Free Trial
All new operator accounts receive a 14-day free trial after approval. No payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be paused until you subscribe to a plan. There are no refunds applicable during the trial period as no payment is collected.
2. New Subscription Refunds
If you subscribe to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first subscription payment. To be eligible, you must:
Submit your refund request within the 7-day window via our Contact page or by emailing billing@taxisaas.in.
Not have processed more than 50 bookings during the period.
If eligible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Subscription Renewal Refunds
For subscription renewals (monthly or annual), a prorated refund for unused days will be issued if you:
Cancel your subscription within 3 calendar days of the renewal charge.
Request the refund by contacting our billing team (email: billing@taxisaas.in).
After the 3-day window, renewal payments are non-refundable. You may still cancel to prevent future renewals.
4. Annual Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
If you upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan mid-cycle, the unused portion of your monthly subscription will be credited towards your annual plan. Downgrading from an annual to a monthly plan does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining annual period; the downgrade will take effect at the end of your current annual cycle.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Any subscription fees after the applicable refund window has passed.
Setup, onboarding, or customisation services once commenced.
Add-on charges or usage-based fees.
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Email us at billing@taxisaas.in with the subject "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]".
Include your registered email address, operator ID, and reason for the request.
Our billing team will respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be deactivated. You can export your data at any time before deactivation.
8. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at billing@taxisaas.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly by our team. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For subscriptions already in progress, the policy in effect at the time of payment applies.
